Downloading articles and images provides you with a non-exclusive license to use the article and/or Image solely for professional media use. All articles and images must have the credit line properly and prominently displayed on the same page. Images used for Magazine covers must display the appropriate credit line on the Table of Contents or similar page.
Downloaded articles and images carry a one (1) year usage restriction. Articles and images may be used at any time in the subscribed publication for no a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date it is downloaded.
Articles and images are for the use of the Subscriber that downloaded it only. Subscribers may not use any method to disseminate, sell, lease, loan, license or transfer the article or the Image to any third parties.
No image may be used to suggest or intimate any association or endorsement of a product, service, or political cause.
Images may not be manipulated or altered for use in a criminal act or that may be deemed defamatory, libelous, and pornographic. Articles may not be edited in such a manner that the original subject and/or theme of the piece is changed.
Subscribers may not alter or delete metadata, copyright, and intellectual property rights within the image.
Subscribers that require images larger than those available for downloaded may contact I-Light Media for resizing. Alteration, manipulation, or up-rating of images by Subscribers is prohibited.
Subscribers may not plagiarize, in part or whole, any article contained within this site. Subscribers found to have done so are in violation of the License Agreement and will have their access agreement terminated.
